Today I am grateful for the amazing woman I met on the flight home. She made a 2 hour flight go by like lightening and reminded me that pure and good people can be found anywhere.
I am also grateful for my yoga mat and Alo Yoga, and for my body. For the strength that I have, and the weaknesses i will embrace and overcome.
I am grateful for my wrist. Even if it is in pain now, it is giving me opportunities to learn more about my yoga practice, and alter transitions and poses in ways I would have never considered had they not been necessitated.
I am grateful that I got to visit my family. my sister's pure heart will always inspire me, even if it is buried under fear. She is going to be an amazing woman. I am grateful that I got to have a real talk with my mom. Not something frilly. Something honest. I am glad she trusts me.
And finally, I am so grateful to be home. This little apartment is where I am most at ease. It's a good life.
